How to use

Suitable from 4 years

Take one capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. If desired, or professionally directed, can be increased to two capsules a day. Can be used on an ongoing basis. Suitable from 4 years. For those unable to swallow capsules, open and mix contents with cool drink/food.
