How to use

Product is not intended for use by children. Consult with doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Thoroughly dry teeth before use. Peel off the long strip and apply sticky side to top teeth. Press strip down firmly and fold over back of teeth to secure. Repeat for short strip on bottom teeth. Allow 30 minutes for whitening treatment. Remove strips.

Do not swallow strip.
Do not use in eye area.
